1. For IOS, first open Bluetooth and connect the device to your phone, then download the app.

2. With the app, please allow “your location, phone, store” functions for Bluetooth wireless connection. So that music feature does not affect the call. Ask for Bluetooth Speaker allow call notification and access to mobile music storage permissions.

3. For other question, please feel free to contact the customer service. We are gladly at your disposal not or very little spray.

4. At the same time, an aromatherapy machine can only connect to a cell phone, if you want to connect to others, ask ignore Aroma31 and Aromamusic and turn off Bluetooth on the old cell phone, then you could connect the machine with new cell phone.

5. If the Bluetooth connection between the phone and the aromatherapy machine is interrupted, please connect it again through APP.

Questions and answers

-Q: There is still water in it, but the device turns off

-A: If the unit stops spraying water vapor, check whether the appointment time has expired or the power supply is OK. And if you’ve already checked all this, add half the tank capacity (200ml) of water and try again. For the safety of the device in terms of product life, the device switches off automatically at a low, as well as at an excessively high amount of water.

Q: Why is louder than I thought, is it really <35db?

Q: Bluetooth can not be connected
